Wolfson College has two well-known branches in the UK. Wolfson College, Oxford was established in 1966 (originally founded as Iffley College and renamed the same year), while Wolfson College, Cambridge was founded in 1965 as University College and later renamed Wolfson College in 1973 after support from the Wolfson Foundation.
